Brandon Sheppard Delivers Consistent World Finals Results
Peach State Classic at Senoia Raceway Up Next
SHINNSTON, W.Va. (11/10/25) – Consistency defined the weekend for Rocket1 Racing’s Brandon Sheppard during the 19th annual World Finals at The Dirt Track at Charlotte, where the former five-time World of Outlaws champion recorded a trio of top-five performances.
The New Berlin, Illinois native piloted the Rocket1 Racing / Valvoline / Seubert Calf Ranches No. 1 Super Late Model to second-, third-, and fourth-place efforts from Thursday through Saturday, never finishing outside the top four over the series finale weekend.
“JD was just getting through those lap cars good, and Drake did a good job also, and we were just trying to keep pace as good as we could,” Sheppard said after Friday’s podium. “At the end, I felt like we were coming pretty good. So hopefully tomorrow night, being the last Feature, the track will be kind of like this and we’ll have something to work off of.”
The four-day event opened with dual time-trial sessions on Wednesday that set preliminary lineups for Thursday and Friday programs. Sheppard qualified second fastest in his group during the first session before topping the overall speed charts in the second round, earning the pole for Friday’s heat races.
On Thursday, Sheppard controlled much of the preliminary feature—leading 21 laps—before surrendering the top spot on the final circuit. He returned with a third-place finish on Friday, marking his second consecutive podium, and carried that momentum into Saturday’s finale.
Lining up on the front row of his dash, Sheppard finished second to secure a prime starting spot for the $25,000-to-win main event. He closed out the 19th annual World Finals with a fourth-place run.

Rocket1 Racing now turns its attention to the final event on its 2025 schedule: the Peach State Classic at Georgia’s Senoia Raceway. Serving as the championship weekend for the FloRacing Night in America presented by Kubota miniseries, the doubleheader features back-to-back $20,000-to-win A-Mains on Friday and Saturday.
